Booking an individual coaching package will include 4 guided topics sessions to be completed within 4-8 weeks. Each session lasts 45 minutes to an hour. These can be done on a field, at the client's house, a local restaurant of their choosing, or virtually.
The cost for the guided session package is $300.
Once the client has completed the guided topic, they should feel empowered to go and do with that knowledge. If additional check-ins are requested, or the client would rather just hold check-ins without the guided topic package, the client will guide the session based on their current situation & need. The cost of the client guided check-ins are $60 per session, 45 minutes to an hour, at one of the above mentioned locations.
Team Workshops
Building confidence, listening to each other, & learning techniques.
Shining a light on:
Mindfulness, The Zones of the Human Brain, Stress Response, Personality Assessment, Fixed vs Growth Mindset
Team sessions are scheduled for up to 2 hours at a location of the team's choosing. The cost per team workshop will vary.
